To explore the clinical treatment methods of pregnancy complicated with gynecological tumors
探讨妊娠合并妇科肿瘤的临床处理方法

摘要

目的 为提升对妊娠合并妇科肿瘤的处理效率，制定对妊娠合并妇科肿瘤处理方法的临床任务。方法 在采取实验前，于我院妇科中选取70例经妊娠合并妊娠肿瘤的患者参与至本次研究中，经过病理诊断后均符合妇科肿瘤的诊断标准，同时在实验研究中对其实施孕期B超、盆腔检查以及术中检查，分析对该病症的检查准确性。结果 术中检查对卵巢肿瘤的确诊率更高，子宫肌瘤使用盆腔检查和孕期B超检查的准确率较高，（P＜0.05）。结论 通过对妊娠合并妇科肿瘤患者实施科学、合理的妇科检查确认具体肿瘤类型，可有效提升治疗针对性。

Abstract

Objective: In order to improve the efficiency of treatment of pregnancy complicated with gynecological tumors, to formulate clinical tasks for the treatment of pregnancy complicated with gynecological tumors.
Methods: Before the experiment, 70 patients with pregnancy tumors were selected from the Department of Gynecology of our hospital to participate in this study. After pathological diagnosis, they all met the diagnostic criteria of gynecological tumors. At the same time, they were implemented in the experimental study during pregnancy. B-ultrasound, pelvic examination and intraoperative examination to analyze the accuracy of the disease.
Results: The diagnosis rate of intraoperative examination for ovarian tumors was higher, and the accuracy of pelvic examination and B-ultrasound examination during pregnancy for uterine fibroids was higher (P＜0.05).
Conclusion  : The scientific and reasonable gynecological examination for pregnant patients with gynecological tumors to confirm the specific tumor types can effectively improve the targeted treatment.
