Analysis of the status and role of nutritional support therapy in the internal treatment of tumors
营养支持治疗在肿瘤内科治疗中的地位和作用分析

摘要

目的 探讨分析针对肿瘤患者进行临床治疗时将营养支持治疗应用于患者治疗管理中的效果。方法 研究人员将实验时间段设置在2022年1月至2022年9月，在该时段内录入资料登记有效的肿瘤患者进行研究，本次研究共纳入142名患者，分为对照组（n=71）与实验组（n=71）后开展对照实验。对照组患者接受常规基础营养干预。实验组患者在接受营养支持治疗时，医务人员在对照组的治疗基础上配合应用营养优质管理。研究人员在患者治疗完成后，针对患者的病情恢复状况进行记录，分析营养支持治疗安全性与效果。结果 本次研究结果中显示相较于对照组来说，实验组内患者的治疗效果明显更优，数据进行对比分析后存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论 肿瘤患者在接受治疗时病情严重，同时患者的病情变化速度相对来说较快，肿瘤患者的生理和心理状态相对来说较差。针对肿瘤患者，需要在常规治疗的基础上给予患者对应的营养支持治疗干预，一方面能够使患者的营养支持治疗质量得到提升，另一方面还能够显著降低患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率，使肿瘤患者的病情改善具有临床可推广价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the effectiveness of applying nutritional support therapy to patient treatment management in clinical treatment of tumor patients. Method: The researchers set the experimental period from January 2022 to September 2022, and enrolled valid tumor patients during this period for the study. A total of 142 patients were included in this study, divided into a control group (n=71) and an experimental group (n=71), and a control experiment was conducted. The control group patients received routine basic nutrition intervention. When patients in the experimental group received nutritional support treatment, medical staff cooperated with the application of high-quality nutrition management on the basis of the treatment in the control group. Researchers record the recovery status of patients after treatment, and analyze the safety and effectiveness of nutritional support treatment. Result: The results of this study showed that compared to the control group, the treatment effect of patients in the experimental group was significantly better. After comparative analysis of the data, there was a significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Tumor patients have severe conditions when receiving treatment, and their condition changes relatively quickly. The physiological and psychological status of tumor patients is relatively poor. For tumor patients, it is necessary to provide corresponding nutritional support treatment interventions on the basis of routine treatment. On the one hand, it can improve the quality of nutritional support treatment for patients, and on the other hand, it can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment, making the improvement of tumor patients' condition have clinical value for promotion.
